PixPlus is a creative tool that uses artificial intelligence to transform photos into videos, enhance images, and power virtual try-on experiences. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Photos and videos you upload, generate, or edit within the Service.
• Prompts and text descriptions you submit for AI generation.
• Account data if you sign in, including your Apple ID identifier when using Sign in with Apple.
• Support messages you send us, including any attachments.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device identifiers such as Device ID and IDFA (when permitted via App Tracking Transparency).
• Usage data such as feature interaction, session duration, and crash logs.
• Coarse location derived from your IP address, used for regional content availability.

3. How we use your information

We use the collected information to:

• Operate the AI generation pipeline and deliver your output videos and photos.
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• Improve Service reliability, debug issues, and measure feature adoption.
• Personalize templates and recommendations based on your usage.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Deliver in-app purchases and subscription services via the Apple App Store.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting), bound by contractual confidentiality.
• Apple Inc. for purchase processing, Sign in with Apple, and App Store analytics.
• Law enforcement when required by a valid legal request and only to the extent necessary.
• Corporate transactions such as mergers or acquisitions, with prior notice where legally required.

We do not use your uploaded content to train publicly released generative models without your explicit consent.

5. Data retention

Uploaded photos and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days for delivery, caching, and abuse prevention, after which they are automatically deleted from our active systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time via in-app settings or by emailing support@theqwd.uk.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, at-rest encryption, scoped access control, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@theqwd.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

PixPlus is rated 18+ on the App Store and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
